VA Platinum interview questions

The initial interview with recruitment was tedious and lasted about an hour. After a few days, there will be a quick interview with one of their industry specialists before you get an interview with the client.

Very detailed on the whole job experience and all about my personal self, yet not a good summary of their company and the client I am supposed to be in line for hiring. The interviewer is not prepared and does not listen to all answers given because he was chasing a time budgeted for the interview. Clearly lacks interview planning and objectives to focus. Interviewer does not respect the interviewee and clearly does not see the interviewees talent. The interviewer proceeds a lot to scrutinize interviewee on questions that would normally be asked at the final stage. He is not transparent on what they exactly needed and if not matching, might as well asked whether to continue, instead of wasting so much time.
