VIAcode interview questions

Interview with HR first, then two interview by Skype , then English test by Skype. Write code in skype, explain on the phone.I don't know what more to write, glassdoor wants 30 words.

I've applied for a senior C# developer in St. Peterburg office, Russia. First I was given a 3-hour test and tasks were not easy ones - to implement linked list and to solve some math problems via C#. Nevertheless, I've completed the test successfully. Next step was a typical HR-interview with classical questions "Why do you want to get a new job". Final technical interview was really stressful. It lasted for almost 2 hours and was full of ups and downs for me. Tasks were aimed to check my knowledge of OOP,C#,sql, general problem-solving. Int the very end I've been asked for the desired salary. 10 days later HR told me that the result was negative. Anyway, the company in general seems really great place to be in and the team spirit is really strong. They have a beautiful blog and I'd like to be a part of their team someday...
