VMG Health interview questions

Two people on the call, one was a recruiter and the other was someone on the team. About 30 minutes long and mostly behaviorally based questions and experience within the responsibilities of the job

I interviewed exclusively with people from Veralon (acquired by VMG). 1st round: Mostly behavioral with 3 case questions 2nd round: Excel Assessment Final round: Case interview, Two 1-1 interviews w/ managing directors, and Panel interview Final round panel interview felt like an interrogation rather than a conversation. Recruiter showed good communication towards beginning of process then completely went ghost after my final round interview (no response to multiple emails and calls). Finally received a rejection email after contacting one of the consultants I previously interviewed with. Overly extensive process and not a good experience. Lack of respect for candidates.
