VOX ISM interview questions

I had three-phase interviews. One assessing my personality, one for my technical knowledge, the third for discussing the work condition and finalizing. I expected a restricted technical interview but it was pretty friendly. Vox believes they can teach technical aspects to you so they focus on your personality. I think still the technical interview should have been more strict.

Very straight forward. Position, title, duties and responsibilities were discussed with no ambiguity. Invited to sit in on a staff meeting as an observer. Industry and company information was shared. Great conversation.
