Stage one was a phone screen. The recruiter was very friendly and asked mostly background questions and basic get to know you type stuff. Seemed very interested in finding the right fit for the VSCO culture as well as the right fit for the specific position. Overall good vibes. Stage two was a technical screen, started with white boarding React components and proceeded to domain knowledge questions. CSS, performance, and accessibility were major topics as well as past work.
