I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vans in May 2013
Interview
I was contacted through a recruiter and had a phone interview with him, followed by two face to face interviews, first a interview with the HR manager for VF which was really laid back and positive, secondly an interview with two regional managers which was a little more full on! The first interviewer was really relaxed and I could tell that she liked me but the second gave absolutely nothing away, it was alot more complex and they asked a lot more detail about my kpi's and enquired into more work examples. Such as give a successful story of you training a member of staff.
