Pretty straight forward interview. Meet with the SM and from there the SM might also bring the ASM in and answer any questions you might have. If selected, the SM will go through the hiring process and when I was there they give all new hires a free pair of shoes! The perks of working at a shoe retailer!

Being an internal promotion, went through two interviews; the first with an esteemed manager from another store in our district as a preliminary to consider following through with an interview with our district manager. Once that was greenlit, interview with DM was scheduled and played out a few days later (could have taken a bit longer; the entire talk/process took a little less than a month). The interview itself was 20-30 minutes with just our DM leading the interview, ran longer because of personal questions.
