Interview was over the phone, very easy and straight forward asked mostly behavioral questions. The red flag or me was that they weren't answering very clearly what our positions would be and what the company actually did. After reading more reviews about it after and realizing the position was just selling knives door to door, they made it sound like we would be doing a lot more.

How would the skills you already possess help you with this position?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
