Interview
Filled out the application online and I was called the next day. They ask the same questions on the phone as the online application which only asked age, name, contact info, and then they schedule you an appointment time for an interview and ask you to show up early to fill out some paperwork. They collect he paperwork and send you into a big room with everyone else applying for the job. In the big room they go around and ask everyone their name, why they are applying for the job and what their long term/life goal is and then the manager says that all of those things are possible here, the manager and assistant manager both tell their life stories to everyone applying. The "interview" was more like a pep talk for all of us at first, and then we all went into a smaller room with a TV and the assistant manager of the office started demonstrating some kitchen products they sell after showing the video about the history of the product. Then the assistant manager asked us one by one into his office and offered all of us the job. I have never been to a job interview anything like it, and that is definitely not a good thing.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
