I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing
Interview
Deceptive recruiting practices, misleading applicants with false information and statistics. They use persuasive language only to reveal at the end that they do not share leads or point you in the right direction, so employees would be left cold calling and not being paid unless potential buyers are located and pitched to. It appears that young people just out of high school are the most vulnerable to the tricks this company uses. it is sort of an affiliate marketing program, somewhat remotely similar to a pyramid scheme.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
I interviewed at Vector Marketing (San Marcos, TX)
Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
