Venture Forge interview questions

The interview process was pretty standard and straight forward. Apart from 'talk me through your CV' type of questions, there were both technical and competency based questions. They also asked about strengths, weaknesses and 'what would your colleagues say about you behind your back' type of questions as well. Overall, it was a good experience and the interviewers were friendly and professional through the whole process.
