I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veracode (Burlington, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was greeted warmly at the front desk of Veracode's hip and open office space. A few managers came to meet me shortly after I arrived. Before entering a conference room for the actual interviewing, they showed me around the office and pointed out where different departments sat. We checked out what the cafe had to offer in the way of stocked coolers and free snacks! I met with a few different team leaders and the director on multiple occasions. The process was really open and it was made clear to me that we we're having a two-way discussion rather than a traditional interview type model. I was interviewing Veracode just as much as they were interviewing me. I could tell that the management team was focused on finding the best fit position for me, not just fitting me into any available slot. Through out the whole process, which lasted about 2 weeks, I was contacted regularly about status of my application and what the next steps were.It felt good to be in the know instead left guessing!
