The process was 5 stages, including a screening interview, two 1-1s with the Research Director, writing a 700 word report, and a cultural fit with members of the team. Throughout the process communication was excellent and I was always aware of future steps.
Culture fit seems to be very important.

The interview process was frictionless and communication was great throughout the process. The interviewers were welcoming and gave an accurate description of the role. The cultural fit coffee chat was an especially nice part of the process.
