I applied online, submitting my resume and cover letter. They called and I did a phone interview, which was about 30 minutes, but stretched to 40 since i had a few questions for them. I then was called later that day for a face to face interview, which I scheduled for the next week. They brought me in, were extremely nice, and toured me around the lab I was going to work in.

Two rounds both were all behavioral and about fit within the firm. Second round was with the hiring manager and was mainly focused on what I wanted to get out of the internship.

Interview
It was a One round interview process with the hiring manager and two other members of the team. The HR were very prompt in their responses. The interview process was very smooth.
