Interview
Initial telephonic interview. Questions about work experience as well as proficiency in software like ANSYS. If cleared, invited for face-to-face interview. Also would be asked to take Hogan Personality Assessment test. During Face-to-face interview, asked about questions from wide range of topics related to one's work experience as well as structural engineering. Very difficult to focus as you're given few seconds to think and answer. They prefer candidate who has work experience in similar projects and has very high proficiency in software like ANSYS regardless of years of experience.

Interview
Interview process was smooth: HR screening, technical interview, and final manager round. Questions focused on projects, problem-solving, and fundamentals. Interviewers were professional. Overall it was moderate difficulty and positive experience .
Interview through virtual mode and 4 stages of the interview. 1 st round should be in HR and 2nd in Technical-1 and 3rd in technical-2 and the final was the HR discussion.
Quick and straightforward. Open about job position and future progress. Very attentive, with a considerate interviewer. Talked on phone and then had a virtual meeting, in which some technical details were mentioned.
