Their interview process should be a red flag for anyone wishing to work here. It is so many rounds and while some of the people you speak with will be kind, others will seem arrogant and tired. I'm sure they are tired having to spend so much time in interviews. The arrogance on the other hand is remarkable for a company whose starting pay is quite low and seems to forget that the point of interview is to want you to work with them.

Tell me about about a time you overcame an operational challenge, what was the current state, what did you consider, how did you solve it and (can't even remember bc it was such an absurdly long question)?
Phone interview with the pretty standard interview questions. Interviewer was pleasant and pretty straightforward with expectations. Includes standard questions like talking about times you had a challenging situation, etc. They followed up within a very reasonable time frame.

You have to go through multiple stages of information extraction.
