Friendly interviewer helps us to ease off even the slightest stress level. Has a small team but highly efficient.
Pretty easy. Initial interview that goes over basic stuff, then the second interview is a hands on sign hanging challenge. Tough at first but easy to grasp for the most part.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Viable (Rockville, MD) in Jun 2008
Interview
I had a one-on-one in-person interview with HR person which went well. As HR person was deaf, most of interview was done via passing a pad of paper as there was in interpreter shortage. Somehow this ebbed a lot of the interview anxiety I had.
A week later, I got a callback (via VRS interpreter), accepted, and began work the next day.
