VidWrx interview questions

Horrific. Truly. The job was downgraded to Director shortly after I applied. George Fleming, the CEO, was very positive after our 1:1 where I met the VP Sales. George then passed me over to Derek Slather, Chief Revenue Officer. Derek didn't get a hold of me for weeks. I truly thought the opportunity was gone and sent a thank you note, that seemed to prompt him, we then we had a short phone interview where he expressed I was perfect and wanted my references. Then nothing for weeks. My references were never called. Another note prompted a reply that they had just hired someone and I might suitable for something else later. Ya, no. Never. So disrespectful and disorganized.
