Tim Vida reached out through email with the following: "Your background appears to be an excellent fit for one of high growth clients in the Packaging B2B vertical. Also, we have a similar President role developing for a Life Sciences client." I spent time filling out the candidate profile that he provided, then never heard from him after my initial reply to his email, and several attempts to follow up.

Interview

They in fact have called me twice for prospective positions. Both times I took the time to speak with them and agreed to a second conversations. They asked for my availability, I sent it, and they never responded. I followed-up, they asked again for my availability, and nothing. Highly unprofessional. I won't respond to their calls again, nor would I EVER consider them for an engagement.

I was contacted by this company who had seen my profile and had an interest in speaking with me. I was asked to complete a form which I did and promptly returned. I sent two emails and never heard back from this company despite a reminder. I don't mind being told, my profile is no longer of interest but at least get back to the candidates guys, this is not professional!
