I had a zoom interview on October 11th with an HR person who doesn't know how to adjust her camera. The interview seemed to go okay. She outlined their timeline which was that a hiring decision would be made by the end of October. It's November 20th and I have yet to hear anything. Clearly, I'm not getting a second interview, but it's disappointing that they can't even bother to send a thanks/no thanks email.
