I would like to share my experience with ViewSonic, which has been extremely disappointing.
In my experience, the company’s products—especially projectors—have shown frequent hardware issues, and there appear to be a large number of unresolved customer complaints. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has not met expectations. In cases of manufacturing defects, neither customers nor dealers seem to receive timely replacements or proper support.
Additionally, the coordination from the sales and management teams has been unsatisfactory. Once the product is sold, follow-up support and accountability seem to be lacking. Service infrastructure, including service centers and trained engineers, also appears insufficient.
Due to repeated product failures and lack of support, many dealers and distributors across India are losing confidence in the brand.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to carefully evaluate their options before purchasing from this brand.

Fraud company they just make customer dealer and distributor fool.. third class product they made with No serious and parts available in India. All china assemble local products.
