Villa St. Benedict interview questions

They sit you down one on one and ask you questions about yourself and your interests. They also ask why you want to work for the company and your experiences with good/bad service.

On paper application. 1 in person interview following application submission. Over the phone offer and then 1 day of training. Very basic and very easy. Training period was a few weeks along. Orientation consisted of watching a couple videos and shadowing a current server.
