Interview
I was interviewed in person twice and over the phone once. The recruiter from HR called and conducted a 10 minute phone interview. I then interviewed in person at the property with my direct supervisor and was called that afternoon to interview with his supervisor.
My interview process was thorough, but quick. I had a phone interview first, which was about 30 minutes. I then had a second round interview with an upper management representative which lasted 1.5 hours.

Basic interviewing questions. They were asking questions such as what are your best skills, what do you need to improve upon, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years and 10 years.
