Vineyard Services interview questions

I spoke with an Human Resources person...very nice chat, she basically looked for what I had done and I would assume my general personality. From that point I spoke with the second interviewer, this was brief over the phone, then we set up a face to face. That went very well. Then spoke to another then another. Then I waited. Finally, an offer came in. Not a bad interview experience, just rather drawn out.

I applied through a referral. They called and asked that I interview within the same week. The meeting was basically a brief intro to the company and the position. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
