Interview
Walked into the bar and asked to speak with the manager about the open position. Talked with him about my experience and how I interact with people. He asked how much I'd like to work and when I could start. He tried to be personable to gauge my personality and work ethic. Discussed if I had visited the bar in the past and what I liked about it. Discussed my other job and how that would help with this one. I then filled out an application form.
