This experience is very long, so be prepared for that. It starts off with you applying first and puts you through many weed out sessions of interviews. Be prepared for group interviews as well as one-on-ones. There will be some parts of the process that seem redundant, but understand that they put a lot of effort into making sure that the team is the best it can be.
