Virscio interview questions

Initial screening interview with recruiter and a followup interview with the hiring manager both seemed to go fine. Upon sending a follow-up email a week after the interview asking for any updates, I was met with silence. It has now been a week since that email and 2 weeks since the interview with no response from the employer.
