Virtual Employee Java Lead interview questions

They called me in their Noida office just to tell me that my client interview would be happening tomorrow. Client is very tough, He has rejected so many profiles till now. blah blah blah. I waited for client call/email next morning from 5 AM, nobody called me. How it is possible that a company present your resume directly to client with out internal interview ? All fake. They dont have simple professionalism. They ask you to submit original 10th marksheet and certificates for 3 month just to be sure that employee wont leave. What rubbish !! These companies just create buzz in market that They have international clients and have good requirement. But Reality is, They dont even have common sense.
