Excellent and very comfortable interview. Candidate was made feel at ease . Industry relevant questions were posed . Interviewer was calm and informative. He was very knowledgeable and had latest information on the current trends and techniques used in markets

Current project situation and how to overcome risk
I was referred by friend, there was no discussion with HR. Technically manager called me directly for an interview. Interview time scheduled over phone, there was no calendar invite. Discussion was very informal.
Very bad way of conducting interviews. People took interview who don't know about the technology itself. Also what ever showed in JD and what i was supposed to do were completely different
