Processo seletivo com testes de perfil e lógica, seguido de duas entrevistas com sócios (a última com apresentação de case). A primeira entrevista foi mais focada em aspectos pessoais e profissionais (histórico, feedbacks que já recebi, motivos da moviemntação de carreira etc.) enquanto a segunda foi mais situacional (o que você faria se...). Na segunda, é praxe te levar ao limite para avaliarem sua reação.

Interview
Difficult online test.
Strong emphasis on behavioural and cultural fit questions, interviewers were very nice and made it feel more like a conversation.
Relatively simple market sizing case question, given time to structure thoughts.
The interview includes two main components:
Case Study Questions – Focus on market sizing, profitability, and business problem-solving. Expect logical reasoning, structured thinking, and basic math.
Personality Assessment – Evaluates cultural fit, communication, and problem-solving approach. Questions may cover teamwork, leadership, and handling challenges.

The first part of the interview process after sending your resume is an assessment which is then followed by two interviews on two different days, lasting for about 30 min to 1 hour.
