Made it to the final round of interviews and was offered the position, I tried to negotiate the salary and was totally ghosted. I tried to reach out after a week of not hearing anything from my negotiating and haven't heard back! Very unprofessional, should have listened to the other bad reviews and stayed away.

Was smooth process but didn't get the expected pay range and even after negotiation I wasn't able to get what I was seeking for instead I got a biased answer stating that for Tier 1 and Tier 2 there will be huge difference.
