Visionet Systems interview questions

Extremely unprofessional and unstructured interview. Single person interview, initially joined via his mobile phone in a very busy / noisy office, Started the interview with his camara off, and after i gave a summary of my experience relevant to the job description - proceeded to ask specific questions about a non-essential skillset, which was out of context to the main requirements for the role. After 10mins of questioning - without being given any relevant context to discussion - I asked for his camara to be switched on. The interviewer was sat at his desk with a baseball cap on. The interview ended after 17mins, without any discussion of the role, organisation, or requirements for the hire. The only things discussed of any interest seemed to be my age (time in industry). It also became clear that he was asking question he did not know the answer to, however he was more focused what proving he knew what the correct response should be.

Horrible experience through out the whole process. Unsure initially what the requirements were for the role, went through 4 rounds and to keep chasing their internal recruitment team. Never responded to a single email and after a month called saying they are progressing! No thank you
