1. HR round (Just you introduction and how much experience you have)
2. Technical Round (1 or 2 senior Php developers will handle this with usual interview questions.)
3. Management Round for Salary settlement.

First round is Telifonic and second one is machine test. You should have to clear the interview then next round will be salary discussion.
