It is a fairly standard process. Started with an initial phone screening, if that goes well enough then you are invited for an in person interview. It was not particularly difficult process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vizant (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I met with four different people. They asked appropriate questions for the role I was applying for. Very friendly. I would definitely interview with them again. Seems like a great place to work.
