I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Truro, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied, then had to submit a video and then got called into store to have a face to face interview. It lasted approx 90min - longer than needed. Took several weeks for the background checks to be completed - once completed took longer to get access to systems with logins - very drawn out process
Hi there, Thanks a lot for leaving your feedback. We are glad that you had a positive experience, and thanks for sharing your comment on the length of the interview process. Welcome to the team!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Birmingham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied online, received a call a week later to strange a telephone interview which I passed and then attended a face to face interview. The lady who gave me the phone interview was present at the face to face interview alongside the store manager and a few others. Me and the few others there were taken to an area at the back of the store and seated where we each had a separate interview with 2 people. The interview was just them trying to catch you out by acting childish and grinning whenever you spoke. Then we went back to prepare for a presentation about store products but this time when we went in individually all the interviewers were present there. Again a lot of attempts were made to catch you out with no honest answer from your work history being good enough and irrelevant questions being asked. There was no space for you to explain how you would deal with customers without being mocked for it and having your sentences finished. To their credit they do get back to you fairly quickly to let you know uiu haven't got the job which for me was nice to hear. I have read a lot of reviews on here and elsewhere about working at a store and I haven't seen any of those negative reviews relied to by the company. They are pretending to be something they are not and if this experience was anything to of by then they actually did me a favour as I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway.

Question 1
How would you deal with a distressed customer?, are you single?, where have you been on holiday?.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vodafone
Interview
Takes a lot of time, HR dont respond quickly, HR are disorganised, unclear about interview arrangements. The company leads you on for too long. It took 2 months to reply to the application. Then I did a video interview where it was a quick video interview. That also took another two months and I was mistakenly rejected. They then called me up out of the blue and asked me for an in person interview. Thats the story
