First you meet the manager to discuss with you the job and how it would look like and they would ask you some technical questions to see how knowledgeable you are in that area...
Then you would go to the HR process which would take around 2 to 3 months. They would start with an English and IQ test then you would have an English interview with one of the HR representatives. If you pass this phase then you would meet the Head of Department and then the Technology Director (Not so technical interview)
