Interview
Started with a telephone interview with a supporting member of the talent acquisition team but this is more to requalify your CV, check you know where the office is and that you are prepared to commute. Then had a video interview answering 3 questions, definitely practice before you start as talking to your own reflection is very distracting! The shortlisted people are then put to the Hiring Manager to decide who they would like to interview. Got through to first round of interviews, didn't ever meet/speak to the Talent Acquisition Manager as the interview was with 2 of the Hiring Team. They asked a competency based question and then ran through a form of questions
