The interview consists of three rounds. First round is the basic HR round where they assess your fluency in English and ask general details like previous employment, reasons for leaving your last job and education information. If you're selected in this first basic round, then you will either be sent for 'Telephonic Test' or 'Written Test' depending upon which job profile they think you will be best suitable for. Yes, you won't get a choice for that. Telephonic Test is for the selection for Voice Process and Written Test is for the selection for Webchat job profile. They took my written test on computer. I am not going to lie, this test eliminates about 90% of people who come here for interview. You need to have really good typing speed and your written English should be excellent to pass this test. At the end of the day, out of about 25-30 people, only it was me who was able to clear this round. In written test, there will be three sections - 1. Fill in the blanks (for English grammar) 2. Memorization (you will be shown a paragraph for about 30 seconds to read and 90 seconds to re-write using your own words) and last 3. Email Writing - you will be given 9 minutes to write an email. After this, you will be selected for round three - or sent home. If you're selected, congratulations, now it's the final round. The Process head will take your interview either face to face OR by Skype from a different location in case they have selected you for the voice process. After the third round, they may or may not tell you that you're selected or not on the same day, but if they will select you, they will ask you to submit your documents. Once your documents are submitted, it will take a week to get your offer letter. You need a LOT of patience if you're applying for a job at Vodafone. On my final day of interview, I spent about 10 hours at their office waiting for different rounds to finish.
