After the application (details etc,) the dashboard has two things for you to do. Firstly a pattern exercise (like non-verbal sat tests questions) and then the
video interview, classic questions of why vodafone, why this particular graduate scheme etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you found a team or individual challenging to work with and how did you resolve the situation?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vodafone in Sep 2022
Interview
A pattern recognition section followed by a set of video interviews. Neither of which were things I received any feedback on (the automated system told me I did well in both so I was feeling pretty confident), and I had absolutely no contact from them from months until I emailed to ask about the status of my application in January only to get a brief generic email that all the spots have been filled. In the meantime I was getting bombarded with spam marketing emails from them saying my application is under consideration and they'll be in contact with me soon. An absolute waste of time considering I had a lot of deadlines to be working on and they didn't even give me the courtesy of contacting me at any point about the status of my application.
1st stage was a patterns test - you see a bunch of circles and decide which diagram matches the next sequence. Pre-recorded video interview after. Very poorly handled for such a large company. I applied 5 months prior and people online were saying they got to the assessment centre, but I still hadn't received a rejection email, only emails saying they're looking through applications. People were receiving job offers and only around that time I received an email! The recruiters came up with a lame excuse - just send an automatic email to all unsuccessful candidates, and don't use such a rubbish method to test candidates.
