It was a three step process. First talked with the division head. Mostly technical topic. It was friendly atmosphere. Second with HR Dept. And third with HR dept again, Company show that workers are valuable assets. In overall you need to be confident and show that you are suitable for the position. And being in global company means you need skills to work in a global environment. So be prepared and do not worry, just be yourself. I hope that helps.
