The interview process was neutral. The people were nice and smart. It took a couple of meetings and the process was long. The assignment was easy to implement. The lead was smart and the english interview was fine.
The interview process included an initial screening followed by a technical discussion with the development team. They asked about my programming experience, problem-solving approach, previous projects, and basic software development concepts. The process felt straightforward and professional.

easy, was administered thru a portal online - had to complete an online style interview (questions followed by your answer and a pattern recognition test). you had a practise question followed by 5 examined questions
