Applied on the website, got invited to a face to face interview, with HR and a finance manager. A lot of questions about background and examples of experiences when I had to deal with success, failure, conflicts etc.

How do you deal with a low performer in you group?
Interview itself went fine. People were friendly when I got to speak to them. However, after submitting my availability, upon there request, I did not hear back for weeks. When I did interview, I did not hear back anything after for three or four months and yes I tried contacting them. If they knew they were not going to hire me should have told from the start.

La primera entrevista fue con RRHH y posteriormente el proceso continúa con un examen de contabilidad y una entrevista con el equipo. La primera entrevista fue en inglés por completo y el resto de proceso se puede hacer por Teams o en las oficinas
