Voorhees College interview questions

The interview was with a panel. Only one member of the panel asked questions, and they were pretty straight forward. I think that the other panel members were only there because of a procedural rule.

There was a committee of 4 faculty and administrators present. They asked a range of questions from why do you want t teach here to what was my teaching philosophy. I think that the interview was standard as interviews go. They were in need of someone to fill the vacancy quickly, so I think that a more accurate assessment could be offered under different circumstances.
