Interview
I was asked to create a video cover letter and send in my two best video examples. The video cover letter took me over two hours to complete - it was a video position I wanted to impress them with (good lighting, etc.) I sent them a link via my website so they could easily look at all the videos. About a week later I got the rejection notice "After careful consideration...". I checked to see it they looked at my page and they never even watched my video cover letter nor any of my videos.

Interview
Four-or-five rounds in the process; took place over the course of four months. Interviewed with Tara Long first, then Pat Gill and Simone de Rochefort, then Tara Long and Chris Plante. In between the second and third interviews, there was a writing test (500 word pitch).
