- 30 minute interview with Kate and Matt to talk about experience (online)
- 30 minutes with team manager (online)
- 40 minutes with team manager and another team member (online)
Lovely 30 minute chat with two people in the company to dig into my experience. Following that, I had a meeting with the team lead to dig a little deeper. The final stage was a meeting with the team lead and someone on the team. This is because they want to show you the product and make sure that you're happy to do the job before you actually start (which is really commendable and smart.)
The final stage was 3.5 weeks ago and I haven't heard back. I was also told I couldn't have my final stage when I requested it because they wanted to wrap up things at the end of that week. At the end of the final interview - on the Friday - I was told they they had more interviews the following week and that they will be in touch.
I wasn't contacted to tell me whether I had got the job and clearly I was lied to so that they could get my interview sooner. Really very disappointing all-round which is a shame because it started off so well.
It's also really interesting to fault a communications company on their communication when that's literally what they are meant to do. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they wanted to practice for interviews or desperately needed to jump into something soon.
Salary also incredibly low for a company operating out of central London
