I had an interview scheduled with the company and the process started almost two hours later than the scheduled time. The interviewer was professional and the discussion itself was good and informative. However, it seemed that the company was primarily looking for local candidates, which was not clearly communicated earlier in the process. After the interview, I was told that HR would reach out with an update, but I did not receive any further communication. Overall, the interview conversation was positive, but the scheduling delay and lack of follow-up could be improved for a better candidate experience.
