It was a very smooth hiring process. After submitting my application online, I received an email within the week to complete an online personality test. The following week, they reached out to schedule a 20 minute phone screen. The next step was to come in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview lasted about 1 hour, and was very conversational. I was called back two days later to come in for a 2nd interview with two other managers.
