I applied online and I received an immediate follow up with the recruiter. She was very high energy and polite we just went over my resume when we met. Later she set up an hour meeting with 3 leaders of that particular department which they asked me to just explain my resume which I did. The first person I met with was polite and wanted to know about my experience which she understood. When I met the other two people the one of them kept going over my experience meticulously which I was confused about because in this small world of benefits the processes are standard even across organizations. So the fact that she seemed to not get my typical day to day was beyond me. I did my best but still no offer was given. I won’t try again in other positions. I know my worth so I’ll move on and something else will come along. The entire process took over 2 weeks. After the interview they took 13 days to get back to me to tell me I didn’t get it.
