If I were to describe the process in two words, I would say "UNBELIEVABLY SLOW" . The HR team claims to be the best in the world and is still not able to close positions even after 6 months of reviewing candidatures. It was indeed a torturous experience because I was interviewed at least 6 times by the same people over and over again. The position was on hold twice during the course of interviews, which was a far cry from normalcy. I mean isn't this strange for HR to be confused about whether or not that position is required in the system. The strangest part is each time they reopened the position, the entire process began from scratch and the previous interviews were null and void as per the HR. I submitted my work samples and project/assignment work at least thrice but nobody cared to even take a glance at it and kept asking for it again and again. Extreme case of red tap-ism in the company. They keep stalling the candidates.
