Was brief, hiring manager liked my resume another guy on the interview claimed I wasn’t qualified for the job which I don’t believe had any merit. I had over 6 years of work experience so there was no merit behind his claim. Wasn’t very professional.

HR confirmed my salary I agreed to Post-confirmation, the offer was downgraded and I was reclassified as a “fresher,” despite my contract experience being disclosed upfront HR still requested previous and current salary details
permanent night-shift role cab transport was vague described as a “favor,” and relocation was pressured I was rushed to decide within hours with no written clarity
Overall the process showed poor transparency inconsistent decisions, and disregard for candidates
